We understand your concerns of the customer service when you shop with us online. We are happy to accept your exchange/return request if any of below the circumstances unfortunately happens:
- You received a faulty item;
- You received a defective item;
- The item is damaged during the delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition when you received it and in the original packaging. Please contact us via email@example.com. One of our friendly customer representatives will arrange the courier company to collect your item. If you live in Hong Kong, you can also return your item to our store upon mutual agreement. Please keep your item unused and in its original packaging.
Please be reminded to open your package and check the content before the courier leaves. Otherwise we may not be able to accept your refund request. Any exchange/return request outside of 7 days after you received the item will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refund will generally be released into your paying card/account within 7 working days. Please contact your bank first if you do not receive your refund after 7 working days.
