Orders
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If you have any problem with your order details, please email us your order number, contact number, and details at hello@soulartshop.com, we'll do our best to help you.
If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, it is unfortunately not possible for us to change the delivery address.
Can I cancel my order?
We accept order cancelation within 12 hours upon placing the order. Please email us your order number and contact number.
What delivery method do you offer?
For all order: domestic or international, items will be shipped via Hongkong Post - Air Parcel (WITH tracking number).
When will you ship my order?
Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be processed. Extra time might be required to process orders during public holidays and busy periods. Customs and Postal Service may also require extra time to work on the processing and delivery during peak season. Please also note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.
How can I check my order status?
Tracking number can be obtained in shipping confirmation email. You may track your order on the website of Hongkong Post. In some instances, carrier's tracking information may only be available in 1-2 business days after the order is shipped.
I did not receive an order confirmation
Please note that it can take a few minutes before you receive your order confirmation. Make sure to check your spam folder. If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us
