We strive to make your shopping experience with us carefree, and get your order to you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains to you how your order will be shipped.

We accept orders to ship our products to a range of selected destinations throughout the world. We charge you only a reasonable delivery fee for each single order less than HKD 2,000 shipped to Hong Kong, or HKD 3,000 shipped to other destinations. Delivery fee varies in accordance with the weight of your ordered products and the shipping destination and will be automatically calculated at checkout. All delivery fees will be waived when your order reaches the mentioned minimum amounts of spending. Generally your order will be shipped within the next 2 working days once we have confirmed your order.

Currently our shipping destinations include Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Mainland China, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States, and all European countries. If you wish your order to be shipped to any country or region outside of these destinations, please feel free to contact us for further enquiries or special arrangements.

We partner with Hong Kong Post to deliver your order to you. The estimated delivery time ranges from 2 days to 15 days depending on your location. For more accurate and updated information, please contact Hong Kong Post directly via https://www.hongkongpost.hk/en/home/index.html.

Please kindly note that you are solely responsible for filing custom clearance and paying for applicable duties and taxes. If you have questions regarding importing our products into your country, we encourage you to contact your local authorities directly.

If you are in Hong Kong, the option to pick up your order in store is also available. Please kindly show us a copy of the confirmation email sent to you.
